Welcome to Hubbard
Peaceful small-town community in an excellent location.
Hubbard is a close-knit community. It is a place where neighbors know one another, and generations of families live within a short drive down the street. There are close to 10,000 residents living and working in the town. Historically, industries drove the economy allowing people to build the settlement. Today, manufacturing still exists but it is blended with healthcare and retail services. Many residents commute to work in nearby Youngstown or Warren, both are less than a thirty-minute drive. Lake Erie and the city of Pittsburgh are just over an hour away for quick day trips.
Residents love the family-friendly community where you can send your children down the street to hang out with their friends or pick up a game of basketball at Jones playground or Harding Park. Neighbors have weekend backyard barbecues to catch up on the week of events and provide time for their children to mingle with friends. Or they all go out to one of the local family-owned restaurants. Strong bonds are formed allowing families to help one another when needed and create generations of good memories.

Local Lifestyle
Simple is the best way to describe the lifestyle here. Residents go to work, they come home to their sanctuary, and they catch up with family and friends. Children are active in school sporting events with parents in tow. The
Hubbard Memorial Stadium hosts the Hubbard Eagles during the off-season while basketball and wrestling happen at the school gym. There are many opportunities for children to be engaged in activities.
Most homes have great outdoor spaces, including front and back yards for the family to enjoy. Mature trees and beautiful landscaping are located all through the town adding to the serene image. The downtown area, which is West Liberty Street and Hubbard Road, is full of local restaurants and businesses. Residents do not need to leave town to experience great food, shops, and services.
